The cost of repairs and buying a new item is very costly here. The people are friendly and the location is convienent, but the down home shopping experience isn't done here. The experience I have had with them hasn't been good, I took a vaccuum in to be repaired and when I returned to pick it up they had given it to someone else by mistake. My vaccuum was later returned and appoligized for but I stopped using them for anything else.
