I recently changed my insurance to American Family. Their agent was very nice and helpful. He explained everything well. They did a wonderful job in setteling the claims from the storm this summer and had very good customer satisfaction. They are very easy to get ahold of if you have questions and offer a wide varity of differant insurance coverages.
