I had a couple of computer problems recently that I wasn't able to fix myself, so I took it to Ross. They fixed the CD-ROM, formatted my hardrive, reinstalled all the software and had it back to me in 2 days. The price was a little high for what they did and instead of reinstalling AOL like I asked them to, they installed Nuvox, but overall I was happy with the quality of the work and the quick service.
