5 friends and I leased a house from CMI.
1) The house is super old but I suppose that's the norm in Ann Arbor.
2) Maintenance calls are somewhat slow although they do respond after a while. They follow the general idea of "if it isn't completely broken, we're not going to fix it."
3) There was a verbal agreement made at lease-signing that was NOT upheld on their part. This was an extremely sore subject between us - therefore I offer this: IF YOU WANT SOMETHING, MAKE SURE IT'S WRITTEN DOWN - VERBAL AGREEMENTS MEAN JACK TO THESE PEOPLE.
PROS: A place to live
CONS: Verbal Agreements mean nothing to these people
