I had them out to fix my dishwasher not to long ago and they were great. It was under warranty so I don't know about the prices but the service was great. They came out the day after I called and had it fixed in a hour. They even cleaned up after themselves and ran a test cycle to make sure there was nothing else wrong with it. I have also used them for an icemaker before and the same was true of that service call. They were fast and friendly. Cleaned up and waited to make sure all was working well.
