When the meaning of "customer serivce" gets lost these days...Office Max has stood out, in my opinion, to try to set themselves apart from their competition by offering first class customer service. There is always a friendly face there to ask if you need any help and actually follow-through to provide that help.

CONS: If you don't like being asked if you need help it might be annoying for you
