I thought they would have everything that I would need with regards to home accessories, repair, etc. Many of the specialty items I needed they didn't have. I feel like the staff workers would be more polite to the customers. The service people didn't seem very knowledgable. Managment would benefit from looking for new ways to deal with consumer questions.
