Not only are the employees super helpful and nice, Home Depot's return policy is unmatched. I had (stupidly) purchased a pendant light not realizing I needed the track lighting setup to use it. I had unwrapped everything, even screwed in the lightbulb, when I realized I couldn't use this light. Then I realized I had lost my receipt!! I was so scared I wouldn't be able to return this thing I didn't need. So I printed out my bank statement, proving that I had spent that money on that day at their store. It was completely unnecessary. They didn't even ask any questions, just gave me cash back. I was so impressed and relieved. It was great!
