Embassy Suites Hotels with the big atrium in the middle are beautiful. As a family we love it. What we didn't like was the rude front desk staff. Asking for a roll-away crib for some reason was insulting. When then were stuck back into a corner. We really would have rather enjoyed the view from the balcony rooms, but can't have everything. The staff that work the morning buffet were wonderful. Always helpful, helped us get a high chair, helped us clean up the spilled juice. And the cooked to order breakfast that is on the house can not be beat! Like I said, love the hotel, but most of the staff could be better.
