Firestone Tire has good service and professional techs on staff. They don't try to force other services on my car, they just make suggestions and if I say no to it, they drop it. The oil changes are reasonably priced and they do a full service on my vehicle (washer fluid, air in tires, etc). They are a bit slow, but I go across the street to the mall while they are changing my oil. Once they are done, they call me to come pick up my car.
Also, if you purchase tires at Firestone, the rotate your tires for free.
The only bad expereince I had there was they lost my keys. But they compensated me for the keys and also gave me a free oil change.
