I have lived in Shayler Glen Apartments for about 2 years. It was a great experience. The management was simply superb and the maintenance staff excellent. The apartments are spacious (about 1100 sq ft) and you can choose a view of the woods if they are available. A small creek runs adjacent to the complex. It is bounded with woods on 2 sides and Shayler Road on the other side.
Each apartment has a store room with a lock. Utilities are extra, but water is included in the rent. There are 2 parking lots allotted per apartment and they are marked. Guest parking is also available in a separate section.
The apartments are easily accessible to the busy Eastgate shopping area. There is also a park nearby. Overall, a great place to stay.
