Kangaroo Kids is the first place I'd tell a new mother, or a mother new to St. Louis about. Primarily its a children's resale shop, but also a coffee shop and maternity support center. You can find advice on how to wear your baby, breastfeeding support, and mothering network groups there. There's also an excellent play area for kids, which makes it fun to spend a morning or afternoon there. Their clothes tend to be higher-end, thus more expensive for some items than your average resale. Good prices on shoes, though. Overall, the welcoming atmosphere makes it worth shopping here.
