We just got a new dog and was told not to give her pigs ears, rawhide, or anything that could splinter. We bought a very hard rubber bone. Within an hour of giving my dog the bone she chewed off both ends.
We returned the bone to Petco and received our money back with just a show of our receipt.
It was nice not to get a hassle, and a smile from an employee.
PROS: Good return policy, nice employees
CONS: Inferior product really should not have been on shelves.
