In the 14 months I have been using this company I have no complaints. When we lose power it is usually only for a few minutes and worse case an hour or two. The prices are pretty fair and it's easy to contact someone if I have questions about my bill. They have a fund set up where if a customer suddenly needs help, like they had an emergancy, the customer can have some money to help. It's a very nice idea!
