I stood in the foyer of this office one day, waiting to discuss some issues with my agent, and heard the owner tell a client that the client's family was of no concern to him and to leave his office. The poor man's baby had been poisoned by carbon monoxide and almost died while living in one of this building's apartments. Our agent placed us with a high-risk company when it was not necessary and without our knowledge. Our rates were very high and customer service was almost non-existent. I would never recommend this office to anyone.
