I need to print out my papers from their kinko service. The lady told me I need to wait for 10 minutes, then I ask her why? She told me everyone is busy. THen I say no problem. BUt she just have nothing to do, wonder around in her office and chatting with people and their kids. Then I stare at her she feel shamed and she disappear and ask someone to help me. Fedex is a really bad company. GO to UPS, never choose FEDEX.
