I was recently in a situation where I was basically incapacitated and needed help getting around. Being fairly young (or at least young at heart), this was a difficult thing for me to ask for, but the people at Accessible Living made it easier. They spent time on the phone with me going over my numerous options and pricing, they had convenient hours, friendly and knowledgable staff who didn't let me leave until I had all the accessories needed with my rental, and most of all, when I was called into a last-minute doctor's appointment on the day I was supposed to return my chair and didn't make it back in time before they closed, I dropped off the chair the next day and they didn't bill me an additional day's charge because I was a few minutes late. Now that's understanding!
