We had these people come out to an apartment we lived in and the guy didn't speak good english and he walked through our house with dirty shoes and had an awful cigarrette smell to him. Plus he didn't fix our leak and had to have another company come fix the job. Luckily we weren't the ones paying but the guy made us feel very uncomfortable in our own home. I'm sure other employees there are just fine but just the experience alone is not worth going back for.
