In retrospect, I regret not getting my new heat pump from A & E. We went with a national namebrand, because we wanted to be sure a company would be there to stand behind the warranty over many years. However, we paid more, and the service had some issues. A & E came out a couple of times to get our system going again before we bought the new heat pump. They made their house calls on time, got right to work, and spent a lot of time answering questions from me. Definitely folks to give a try. Before looking over our system, they thought we'd need a new air handler. After looking at it, they took that back and were honest with us that all we needed was a heat pump. I'd certainly call on them again for any repairs.
