I bought a new digital camera online. I really liked my new camera but had a problem with loading my pictures onto my computer. I took the camera and the reader to the camera shop. They helped determine the problem was that they were not compatible. They suggested a replacement card reader and even opened the package so we could try it before I bought it. It works great now.
PROS: Great customer service.
CONS: No breaks in prices though.
