Of course my furnace had to act up late late in the night, I called around and found Mcintosh who would come out, they said repairman would be there within 1 hr, 2 hrs later still noone.. I understand middle of the night and all.. He did finally arrive fiddled around for a short time and viola I'm toasty again.. : ) took awhile for him to get there but all is good now..
PROS: great rates and service coming out in middle of night
CONS: took long time to arrive
