When we lived in St. Paul, MN, I called all the way down here to this agent. I needed info on insurance, how to change services, upgrade and what costs would be in the area WE were looking in (different zip codes render different prices).
I believe it was SUE that I spoke to. She took all the information and said she'd call me back. I thought, "Yeah, sure you will." She did..... she called back w/in 24 hours with all of the information I needed.
When we moved here, there were other agents available and closer but we stuck with this office because they helped us through the process.
We have filed 2 claims since we've been here...one for vandalism and one due to hail damage. Everything was taken care of lickity split! I never had to call twice and often they're one ahead of me. Always looking out for the consumer.
