The owner was very friendly, polite, helpful and honest. I had been to a few wig shops before finding hers so I knew a bit about the hair piece I was looking for. The owner did not try to sell me something other than what I was looking for. She did have the item I wanted but not in stock. The wait time was only a day and a half and the price was fair.
PROS: I observed 3 ladies that came into the shop, they were long time customers.
CONS: The owner was the only one working and the wait time was lenghthy.
