When I turned 36 I decided to give myself a great gift. The gift of (hopefully) becoming a non-smoker. I had been quite a heavy smoker in my youth and as an adult felt it's effects weighing heavily on me. After years of quitting only to start back up again I had finally found the answer to my problems. I had tried everything humanly possible, but nothing worked.. That is, until I went to Mind Matters and met with Lisa. After quite an enlightening conversation we progressed right into a hypnotherapy session. And after that profound session I knew that I would never smoke another cigarette again. Thanks to Lisa's words and the hypnosis I will never look at cigarettes as I once did. I have never felt better in my life, not only health-wise but just knowing that I finally managed to break the hold cigarettes had on me.
