Overall I was happy with the service provided. They were a little late for the appointment time, but I guess that is to be expected during a busy day. I suppose the thing I was most shocked about was how much the hourly charge was. One piece of advise, make a list of other things they can work on, since they charge you for a full hour whether you need it or now.
