After taking our car to a big chain auto repair shop numerous times for repairs without the real problem being fixed, Horsman Auto was able to find the problem. We took the car down there after it broke down at a redlight and they were unable to get the car to act up again. Instead of "guess and checking" and making un-needed repairs as the other place did they told us they were unable to locate the problem. Funny as it may be a few minutes after driving out of the parking lot the car broke down AGAIN! After it was off for a while it started back up and we were able to get it back to Horsman. They tried running it again and had no luck seeing what was wrong with it so they kept it overnight for us and worked with it until they were able to locate what was wrong with it.
Horsman Automotive cares about it's customers and only does what needs to be done. They could have easily started making repairs in hopes of fixing the problem that they couldn't find right away, but instead they wait
