Dr. Rigby and his staff are very friendly and warm but after numerous visits I realized that he hadn't fixed the problem and I was still in a lot of pain. It finally got to the point that I just went to a new dentist because I'd seen Dr. Riby on numerous occassions but the problem hadn't gone away. I can't say that I hate this business because they tried to be helpful and they were very nice and I wasn't much help in pinpointing where the pain was coming from but I expect more from a dentist so I won't be going to him in the future.
