Had to have a rental due to my car breaking down. Dealership didn't have any other cars so I ended up with this place. First: service was horrible - kept on hold over 10 minutes Second - driver wasn't at the dealership on time - over 1/2 hour late Three - when car was turned in they charged us for unwanted insurance (as my own ins. has all rental cars also ins.) I was told to take it up with the dealership as they 'signed' for the insurance, which was a lie. I will NEVER deal with this company again and beware all those do!
