When my car went into the shop, the warranty was clear on I was to get a 3 day rental, and that was all. But because I have a truck, for business use, I had a problem. So I called and spoke with the assistant manager, and explained how without a truck, I am unemployed. So she took it upon herself, called the warranty place and got an ok for a pick up truck instead of a car. I was so impressed by the companies willingness to help. They gave me my choice of what they had, and was also impressed by how clean they were, like new.
