My parents purchased a chair from this company for my father to use. When it was delivered to their home, they discovered a large tear on the inside of the cushion. They immediately contacted Stegers to ask them to send the delivery men back, but Stegers insisted on charging my parent's $35 to come and pick it up. When I contacted the owner to explain the situtaion (my parent's are disabled and on a fixed income), he was extremely rude and hostile. I will never shop there and certainly can not recommend it to others.
