If there is a worse hotel experience in western Morris County to be had, I don't know about it (at least in the $$ (mid) price range). The hotel, if you can call it that, lacks much of anything to appeal. It's dirty (the lobby and halls more so than the rooms, but the rooms aren't much better). The service is beyond bad. WAY BEYOND!! They'll begrudingly provide extra items if asked, but will offend you in the process (more soap -- why, are you especially dirty? extra towels -- well, if you must, but we record just how many you have). Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Send them a message that they, well s$#k (got to keep these Insider Pages reviews *clean*). Oh yes, you better speak Spanish if you stay, because most of the staff, front desk included, speak little or no English.
PROS: They have a fridge in the room.
CONS: Just about anything else you can thing of.
