We have used this hospital for as long as it's been here. It is convenient and that is the main reason we use it. There is always a long wait in the emergency room, even for the fast track. The chairs are dirty. They do have a laison person who comes around and will give you a blanket if you need it. The best part of the hospital is the volunteers. They are very nice, especially the one in the ICU near the Cardiac. She is the nicest person and makes the long waiting bearable.
