I switched to Rite Aid from another pharmacy because the location was more convenient for me. I filled 4 prescriptions there and never had a good experience. My prescriptions were never ready on time and the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Also, I had to wait in line for at least 20 minutes while several employees behind the counter appeared to be doing nothing besides ignoring the customers waiting. I called to complain to the pharmacist on duty and he spoke very disrespectfully to me. I switched pharmacies after that!
