The people that work there are very knowledgeable. If there are 2 or 3 working when I go there, between them, someone can answer each of my questions. Another thing I really like is that I am not treated like a second rate citizen. I have felt that way before at AutoZone, because I am female, I guess they think I don't know anything about cars or how they work. I really like it that they never act that way at Advance.
