We bought our first new car from here and were pleasantly surprised. We did not have to haggle for pricing since we were part of the GM employee plan and did not have a trade-in.
Also, when our car needed an in-warranty repair, everything went smoothly. They told me it would take 3-4 hours and it only took 1 hour. They got to it first thing in the morning and called immediately. They were very polite and not condescending when I tried to explain the problem.
