As their customer I'm satisfied with their service in both Montlair and rancho Cucamonga Branch where you can always cash all your checks, find necessary assistance and help, if you have any questions. But in Upland branch, located on Foothill, they have few very rude representatives. Hopefully they gonna hire new staff there.
