I presented a valid prescription for new lenses. I wasn't notified when they came in, and when they did, they were not what was prescribed. When I sought assistance, the licensed optician was off that day, leaving the business under control of an apprentice. Store manager and corporate officer were annoyed that I was dissatisfied with the Rx error and lack of explanation I received when I brought the error to their attention and tried to get it corrected. Second bad experience in as many visits!
