I'm very surprised to read the negative reviews; my experience at Renee Strauss was wonderful. I already had my wedding gown, but went there to shop for dresses with my two bridesmaids. They tried on literally dozens of beautiful gowns that met our requirements for a ""non-bridesmaidy"" bridesmaid's dress. The only reason we didn't go with our final in-store choice was that at another store, we found another dress that was just a knockout on both women.
In addition to the selection, the service was excellent. We told them the styles, colors, and price ranges that we were interested in, and the sales staff brought dress after dress. Perhaps the secret is to avoid the rush; although we were there on a Saturday, I booked an early appointment in advance.
I would recommend this store to any local brides.
