From crabcake burger, to bison burgers, to buffalo chicken burgers, Ruby's has a burger for you! Ruby's uses very high quality controlled meats as well so you can have your burger cooked how you want it (rare to well). Also, the salad bar is VERY EXTENSIVE with over 50 items. I used to work for this restaurant, so I know their kitchen and suppliers. I must also mention the kitchen and food handling areas are pretty clean. (at least they were when I worked there back in 2003)
