Informal, cozy feel of the lobby. Delicious desserts and coffee before and after the show.
I was extremely excited to finally have an art-film venue in the area but my friends and I went once and will never go back.
The seats are extremely uncomfortable. My knees smashed against the seat in front of me and hurt for 20 hours afterward. The seats are so narrow I felt squished between the people adjacent to me. An overweight friend of mine was so uncomfortable he got up and left the theater. When my knee pain became intrusive, I moved to the front row. However, the front row is SO close to the screen that sitting here is also very uncomfortable and induces neck pain. The choice: neck pain or knee pain?
The viewing rooms are tiny and hot, the camera equipment old (this movie had to stop and start twice).
Pros: film selection, good food, cozy lobby
Cons: seating, seating, did I say seating?
