I had the worst experience here for a wedding. I couldn't believe how expensive it cost to have a wedding here and the service was HORRIBLE. After complaining, the management told me that they would not apologize for their terrible service and a renegade bartender who was taking tips even though we paid all gratuities. They took my check and could care less about customer service or customer courtesy.
The hotel may look nice but look closer and you will see the cracks and chips. The rugs and blankets are old and worn. Something that hasn't been updated since the early 70's. Bathrooms are small and old. If this is how they run a hotel I would never recommend this hotel or any of the destination hotels owned by the same company. There is nothing elegant or refined about their hotel, their staff or their service.
