This German restaurant has a lot of potential but a few things need work. The entrees (meat) are very good except for the canned gravy (not homemade) and they were too liberal with the vinegar and salt on the salads etc. The atmosphere at their new location on San Pedro and Candelabria is lacking and they don't have a liquor license yet. Also, I did not enjoy the dessert because there was too much sugar in the form of crunchy crystals on top of the strudel. The service and experience was generally good, but they can do better.
