I will never use this company again. The technician had no idea what he was doing, he stood around talking for over an hour, then he stood around for 2 hours waiting for his coworker to deliver a part, and he never showed up. But we were charged for all the time he waited around doing nothing. We were charged for 5 hours of work even though only about 5 minutes of work was performed. The techinician was an idiot, the phone operators were rude. We will defiantly not be using this company again.
