This place looks like an eating factory - it's big, noisy, and I was amazed by the crowds...get 'em in, get 'em out. Since it's stilll fairly new, maybe that will mellow out later on. The food and service was fine, seemed to be very kid-friendly. Just not my thing, I prefer a quieter more laid back place to eat. Also - while we waited for a table, we were ushered to a room that had one big table in the center, with a family eating their dinner. We (along with many others waiting for tables) felt awkward, like we had no choice but to stare at the family as they ate. I know I wouldn't want people staring at me while I ate...very odd.
