The filet, which they tell me is Iowa Beef, was tender and cooked as requested. and served on a hot sizzling platter. The onion rings and baked potato were done to prefection.
My wife had the stuffed pompano with saffron rice and was most delighted with the flavors and enjoyed the complete evening.
We were also impressed with the wide selection the wine cellar.
