They are the administrator for my former company's plan...trying to roll my 401k is taking much longer than usual. After several unreturned phone calls, I finally managed to get the owner on the line and she was nothing less than rude. She was unwilling to answer any questions or explain why her office took >30 days to process our request for a roll over. If you are looking for an organization that is customer focused... keep looking. more
