I'm very particular about doctors. I want ones who are intelligent, well-educated, have a sense of humor, soft demeanor, spend time instead of shuffling, answer calls promptly and little or no office-waiting time. The attitude and personality of staff is important, too.
Dr. Herrold is all of this...and more! He's a pleasure to know, and I am happy to be his patient. He's a keeper!
