The food was wonderful, all the combinations are complex but each flavor complements the other flavors. We sat outside because it was a nice day, but never felt ignored. We split the roast duck salad with cranberries and mandarin oranges, with a nice raspberry vinigarette. He had the Coq Au Vin, which is chicken simmered in red wine with tomatoes and onions. I had the smoked salmon crepe with roasted leeks and creme fraiche. We couldn't make up our minds on one dessert to split, so we ordered two and split them both. Boy were we glad. We cleaned our plates quickly when our desserts arrived. One was the baked pears with chestnut cream and chocolate sauce, the other was baked apples, roasted almonds, vanilla ice cream, and a drizzling of caramel sauce.
