It seems that the jobs always half-done. My computer crashed on 9/27...it's now 11/25 and I'm still dealing with the company. If they don't know an answer, they'll make one up... (ie- Customer Service(CS): Oh yes...that part was delivered today. Me: No, actually I just checked with my apartment 30 minutes ago. It hasn't arrived. CS: OhI guess it was returned to us; the lady who filled out your work-order messed up your address) I suppose making up the first answer seemed like the right thing to do at the time? All I can say is that trying to get something taken care of, especially when its something covered under your service plan. is extremely difficult. Whether its under-trained employees or that they simply dont care, Im unsure. But regardless, the headache youll get from this company isnt worth the $10 you might save on your product.
