Sterling - Very poor customer service 11/2/2005

After a relatively minor accident, we took our car to Sterling for repair. The initial estimate was that it would be about 3 weeks for repair. They promised to keep us informed on the progress. They never called us - we always had to call them. They kept giving us a date about a week out and then the next time we would call they would slip the date again. I would not recommend them for any repair unless you were not in a hurry for the repair. I am sure there are better repair facilities available. Cons: Poor communication, poor scheduling more
